Cancer Awareness at Church: Pink

This was an outfit I put together for Wear Pink Sunday at my church for Cancer Awareness. Just for fun!

Black, Polka Dots, and the Best Boots Ever

I wore this to school and to a school dance so I had it on for 10 1/2 hours.  It was so comfortable from the shoes to the jewelry.

The boots are the best pair I have ever owned to date.  I bought these over 15 years ago at Dillards for $100.  They have stretch material in the back and are 100% leather.  My husband keeps them shined for me.  I adore them!

Pearls: Front and Back

I saw these earrings on a fashion blog and fell in love with them.  I was able to grab them at Kohls on an Ebates Daily Double and free shipping so I paid around $8.  The ones I purchased from Kohls have sold out but this website has a list of places you can purchase these pretty little ladies at a reasonable price:

My New Handbag from Double Digits Consignment Shop

On Saturday, after getting my nails done, I was sitting in Everyday Organic waiting on my order.  I used my waiting time to peruse Facebook, when I noticed a picture of a new item at Double Digits, a local consignment shop that I follow.  There beckoning to me from a picture on Facebook was a burgundy and black purse.  It was beautiful!

I decided as soon as I received my order that I would stop by to check this baby out.  It looked more beautiful in person than in the picture.  I looked it up online and the price was way more than fair because the purse still had tags.   At that moment, I knew Troy would be buying me an early Christmas present (he would find this out when I told him about it).  I held it, petted it (an employee did too), hugged it, and promised to love it forever.  This baby was mine!

Double Digits Consignment is a wonderful store.  As I lose weight, I will need to go there more often.  In the future, I will feature a few items that I purchased while I was there.  One of the pieces was a Michael Kors skirt.  Love me some Michael Kors especially at a good price.  I strongly suggest that you pay this store a visit.

One thing I will point out is that there was some really cute clutches that were under $30.  They were adorable.

I decided to pair my new handbag with a casual outfit I bought at Rainbow. To be honest, this outfit was out of my comfort zone but I decided to take a chance.   It actually turned out really cute. I wore it to church.   I paired it with a pair of silver shoes that my sister-in-law purchased for me when I was visiting Florida this past summer. (Thank you, Tammy) This dressed it up a bit.  There are many ways this outfit could be worn.

The star is the handbag that I purchased at  Double Digits Consignment Shop.  The orYany Haircalf & Black Leather Satchel Purse.

Ring from Old Navy
Watch is from Rainbow Shops (Not online)
Bracelets from Dots (closed)
